Delete Your Account & Data
Request permanent deletion of your UCar-e account and all associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile, active driver verifications, and rental histories will be permanently removed or anonymized.
- You will lose access to all active promos and referrals.
- Any pending, confirmed, or active bookings must be completed or cancelled before you can delete your account.
Option 1: Delete via UCar-e Mobile App (Instant)
Open the UCar-e app, navigate to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account.
