1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UCar-e, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. User Registration & Eligibility

To register and use UCar-e, you must:

• Be a currently enrolled student or an active staff member of a partner university.
• Possess a valid driving license recognized under local jurisdiction.
• Maintain accurate profile details and verify your credentials (KYC).

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the rental vehicle from the moment of pickup until successful checkout and return.

• Vehicles must only be operated within designated university boundaries and approved regions.
• You must adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and parking regulations inside the campus.
• Any physical damage, fines, or violations incurred during the booking are the sole financial responsibility of the registered customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings may be cancelled according to the standard cancellation windows defined in the pricing structure. Refunds for unpaid or failed gateway transactions are subject to validation by our payment gateway providers.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, block access, or report violations to university disciplinary boards for breach of these terms, reckless driving, or unauthorized transfers of booking keys.
